The house has poured and stained concrete floors with in-floor radiant heating. On the first floor there is one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a living room/TV room with a pull out sofa bed. The kitchen, dining room, and seating area are open concept making for a great place to entertain. Upstairs, you'll find the other two bedrooms with the second bathroom. You'll also find a small desk and chair up on the landing that acts as an office space.
